Here’s the link for The Camshaft Newsletter PSCC Camshaft November 2013
PSCC wrapped up our 2013 Solo (autocross) season with our first ever event at Lake Tagkanic Park. The weather was a bit chilly, but the leaves were at their colorful peak and the view of the lake was incredible. Lime Rock Park bills itself as the most beautiful race circuit in America, but I believe that Lake Taghkanic tops it in the scenery department. Let’s send out thanks to Todd Robinson for handling the paperwork, Tom Murphy for chairing the event, Mark VanDeCarr and Chris Travis for the challenging course design, and special kudos to the Saturday afternoon sweeping crew for their work cleaning the loose gravel off of the course area.
The Results Archive now have the final, raw, and PAX reports available.
This event marks the end of PSCC’s 2013 Solo season, and we would like to thank everyone for coming out to our events. It doesn’t mean that PSCC is going into winter hibernation just yet, though. Our fall Rallycross season is just getting started! Check out the schedule for Rallycross event dates…..
Here’s the Camshaft Newsletter link: October Camshaft. This is a special edition for anyone interested in the club or our activities.
The Class results, PAX times, and raw times reports for Sunday 6/16 in Kingston are now available in the results archives.
Thank you for coming out to support PSCC’s first Solo event in the Kingston area, and special thanks to the volunteers who came together to set up and tear down the equipment, fencing, and cones.
The results from today’s Test & Tune at HVM have been posted in the results archive. Note that classing information is way off for several people, as classes were not entered into the computer and were keyed as SS (Super Stock) for those who registered at the site.
For those who missed today’s event, Mark VanDeCarr set up a great course. We couldn’t have asked for better weather, and none of the 31 drivers present complained about only getting 14 runs and out by 3:00 PM.
If you missed today’s event or stopped by at the mall and wanted to join in the fun, we will be back at the mall bright and early tomorrow morning (6/16) to run our first points event of the season! Registration opens in the paddock lot at 8:00 AM, and as always, first timers are welcome to drive. Hope to see everyone out at the mall for day two of our Kingston weekend…..
The results for 4/28/2013 Rallycross have been posted to the results archive. Sorry for the delay in getting these online. I realized when setting up the timing/scoring computer for the Kingston Solo weekend that I had forgotten to post these events last month. đ
The April 2013 issue of SportsCarŽ magazine, Volume 71, Issue 4, is now available online.
This month’s issue is a little different from the other 11 this year. Like the March 2012 issue, this month is all about how to get involved with each of SCCA’s programs. This is definitely an issue to keep all year and serves as a great introduction to the Club for new and perspective members.
Most SportsCar issues are only available to members. However, this month’s is open to the general public, so feel free to share this link to all of your friends and family. The direct access link is: http://www.sportscarmag-digital.com/sportscar/201304_open.

results archive.
This marks the end of PSCC’s 2012 competition season. Hope to see everyone back out in 2013…
Results from the 10/21/2012 Smashing Pumpkins Rallycross are now available in the results archive.
Although rain earlier in the week made using the large pumpkin patch impossible due to mud, the alternate field that we used provided for a decent course albeit a little bit cramped in the paddock area.
We still have one last Rallycross scheduled for 11/18, and hope to see everyone out at the farm again one more time before the snow starts piling up..
